From Home click the Staking in the task pane; the Stake page appears by default.
Click the Withdraw tab and enter the number of pATOM.
Enter your Cosmos wallet address. Note the equivalent value of the ATOM in USD. The Ethereum wallet address is automatically displayed. Apart from exchange rate of pATOM to ATOM, the network fee and pSTAKE fee is included.
Click Withdraw to initiate an Ethereum transaction in MetaMask or any connected wallet application. After sending the transaction, wait for the transaction confirmation. Your pATOM are converted to ATOMs and sent to your specified Cosmos wallet address. Check your balance to reflect the withdrawn pATOM (now ATOMs).
